Refunds

Dedicated to developing young athletes through professional coaching and a supportive community.

All refund requests must be submitted by completing the form below.

It is the responsibility of the family to request a refund BEFORE the refund deadline.

Please Note: The last day for refund requests is 7 days from the sport's first practice.

Refund Guidelines

1. Refunds will be issued in the method that the original payment was made upon approval of the sport coordinator.
2. ALL refunds MUST be initiated using the online form.
3. ALL voluntary refunds carry a $20 processing fee and will be assessed for each registration.  Please see the refund policy.
4. In the case of LMYA error, no team available, or eligibility, the processing fee will be waived.
5. Refunds will not be applied to another sport activity or another sport season.
6. If you do not give a reason for your refund request it will not be processed.

Instructions

Please be sure to complete all steps below prior to the close of early registration for your sport! Failure to submit your information on time will result in your request being denied.

1. Register for your sport using the normal LMYA registration process at lmya.teamsnapsites.com/registration but do not submit payment when the registration form asks for payment.
2. Fill out the form below to request consideration for financial aid.
3. Send your EPSD free/reduced lunch approval form to the Sports Coordinator of the sport you are requesting.
